- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for ongoing projects.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the design & production teams.
- Provide accurate ETA and delivery schedules to clients and the internal team.
- Track project progress, flag delays, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate resources, schedules, and feedback loops.
- Oversee client servicing, ensuring a premium and seamless client experience.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
- Work closely with designers to understand the design production process and align timelines.
- Handle client queries and manage expectations professionally.
- 2�4 years of experience in project coordination or account management, preferably in a design, creative, or production environment.
- Strong understanding of design production workflows.
- Experience managing luxury or premium clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
