Expr.: 4 to 5 Years as a clinical Psychologist
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate
Psychologist to support both employee well-being and, where applicable, patient-centered mental health services within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will play a dual role—providing psychological support to staff, as well as contributing to mental health programs for patients or clients, depending on the operational focus.- Provide counseling and psychological support to employees dealing with stress, burnout, trauma, or work-life balance challenges.
- Develop and deliver workshops on mental health topics such as stress management, resilience, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with HR to design and enhance mental wellness programs.
- Support critical incident response and crisis intervention when needed.
- Maintain confidential and professional documentation of all employee interactions.
- Master�s or Doctorate degree (MA, PsyD, PhD) in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
- Valid license to practice psychology [in the relevant state or country].
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
- Experience with stress management, trauma-informed care, and workplace wellness programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ethics and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
