Inspanner Software Company is urgently looking for
2 Full Stack Python Trainers (female candidates) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies using Python and a passion for teaching. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality training, mentoring aspiring developers, and supporting students throughout their learning journey.- Conduct training sessions (online/offline) on Full Stack Python development.
- Cover both back-end (Python, Django/Flask) and front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap) technologies.
- Guide students through real-time projects and practical assignments.
- Develop and update training materials, exercises, and assessments.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Solve student queries and support them in building their skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development and training methodologies.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Full Stack Python development and/or training.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Back-end: Python, Django or Flask
- Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate)
- Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite
- Version Control: Git, GitHub
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow.

- Exposure to REST APIs, deployment, or cloud platforms.
- Experience with training tools, LMS platforms, or ed-tech environments.
- Certification in Python or Full Stack Web Development.
