We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving continuous improvement in our processes and products.- Develop, implement, and improve quality control procedures and standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformance issues.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits (ISO, customer audits, etc.).
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Maintain and analyze quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, scrap rates).
- Review and approve inspection and test plans.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations.
- Train staff on quality tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Bachelor�s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- 2�5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100.
- Proficiency in tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
- Experience with ERP or QMS systems.
- Previous experience in [automotive/aerospace/pharma � customize as per your industry].
