The Refund and Ticketing Amadeus GDS Consultant works within our in-house ticketing team. The Refund and Ticketing Consultant role is critical to supporting our operational teams with expert knowledge of GDS refunds, ticketing, fare rules and fare construction.
This role focuses on managing the refunds of domestic and international airline tickets as well as some airline ticketing, airlines changes. The successful candidate will have a great knowledge of all processes, procedures and systems within CTM or the ability to quickly acquire such knowledge, based on their extensive training experience to-date.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are essential in this role along with a strong operational and technical understanding.
