- Greet customers and provide product assistance
- Promote and sell FMCG products to meet daily/monthly targets
- Manage billing through POS (Point of Sale) system
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
- Arrange and replenish stock on shelves regularly
- Maintain store hygiene and product display standards
- Check expiry dates and follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method
- Monitor stock levels and inform for reordering
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming stock
- Conduct daily sales reporting and inventory tracking
- Coordinate with the store manager and team for smooth operations
- Handle customer feedback and complaints politely
- Participate in promotional activities and seasonal sales
- Support during stock audits and physical verification
