Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients in need of HR consulting, staffing, and payroll solutions
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with the HR and operations team to deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Meet sales targets and submit periodic performance reports

- Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
