• The Company: Iron Man Lifestyle is a fast-growing dating and lifestyle coaching company helping Indian men get over their social anxiety, develop their confidence & social skills, get more dates, and meet their partners.
  
• The Role: Sales Team Lead - In this role, you�ll be working as a high ticket closer talking to high performing men, understanding their problems, building connections, and recommending them the most suitable products/services that the company has for their situation. You will also have BD Execs under you that will be pre qualifying the leads for you, so you can focus on doing the task at hand - generating revenue and collecting incentives. • Location: The position is in our Saket, New Delhi office and the ideal candidate will be living in the Delhi/NCR region or willing to move to Delhi/NCR.
  
• Pay: This is a role that includes Salary and performance based Incentives. The pay will depend on your skills, work experience, and the results that you drive. The incentive structure is uncapped with the only limit being the results that you drive.
  
• Hours: This is a full-time position and work from office
  

• 2-5 years of Business Development/Sales Experience/Client-facing role experience with a proven track record of owing individual and team targets
  
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  
• Experience in an early-stage startup is a big plus.
  
• An ideal candidate would have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to hold an interesting conversation, high level of ownership and leadership skills.
  
• Should have a proven track record of driving success and results in your career.
  

• Understanding customer needs and requirements through text queries, calls, and in certain cases virtual or physical meetings.
  
• Doing consultative selling to provide the best product suitable for a customer's needs.
  
• Manage a team under you of Business Development Executives and Appointment Setters to mazimise revenue.
  
• Identify customers� buying trends and provide reports to management.
  
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  
• Maintain CRM information on leads & prospects.
  
• Be the brand ambassador of IML in all official and unofficial events.
  

• You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to hold an interesting conversation, high level of ownership and leadership skills.
  
• You will be the face of IML and hold end-to-end responsibility for growing our community.
  
• You are great at simply getting things done, and are execution-focused.
  
• You have a �whatever-it-takes†attitude, love deadlines, and thrive on accountability.
  
• You have solid multi-tasking and excellent stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
