We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team in the role of Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT Infrastructure Solutions to existing and prospective customers. This position requires a strategic approach to building and maintaining positive customer relationships while driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Present, promote, and sell IT Infra Solutions (Networking/cybersecurity/managed service/DC/Cloud) to both current and potential customers using compelling arguments.
  • Collaborate with potential partners to expand the business reach.
  • Build, develop, and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs and CISOs of prospective clients.
  • Reach out to customer leads through various prospecting methods and actively manage the sales pipeline.
  • Tailor presentations and proposals to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Manage customer relationships effectively, ensuring the resolution of any issues to maximize satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet sales targets and objectives within deadlines.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and other teams to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Analyse market potential and maintain sales status reports to track progress.
  • Provide regular feedback and market insights to management, including customer needs, competitive activities, and new service opportunities.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and performance reviews.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in IT services sales, with a focus on IT Infra & Cybersecurity
  • Strong connections with CIOs, CISOs, and decision-makers in potential client organizations.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
