• Team Responsibility: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, UI/UX designers, and video editors. Facilitate effective communication between the team and international managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  
• Creative Direction: Develop and execute the creative vision for all projects, ensuring a high standard of quality and brand consistency across all platforms. This includes print materials, digital campaigns, social media content, and UI/UX designs.
  
• Project Management: Oversee creative workflows, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  
• Design & Production:
  
• Direct the creation of print collateral, including magazines, brochures, and print ads.
  
• Guide the design of digital assets, such as emailers, banners, and UI/UX graphics.
  
• Oversee the creation of engaging video content for various platforms, including YouTube and social media.
  
• Brand & Strategy:
  
• Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a consistent and compelling visual identity.
  
• Research and implement emerging visual trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
  
• Presentation & Communication: Create compelling presentations and effectively communicate creative concepts to both internal stakeholders and international teams.
  

• A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a creative leadership role, managing a multi-disciplinary team.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creative direction and problem-solving skills across various media.
  
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
  
• In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design principles and a solid understanding of motion graphics and video editing workflows.
  
• Familiarity with 3D design tools is a plus.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven experience coordinating with international teams.
  
• A bachelor�s degree in Design, Communication, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
