• Design, develop, test, and implement customizations, enhancements, and new functionalities within both Infor XA 9.1 and XA 10 environments using RPG, Free-form RPG, CL, SQL, and other relevant tools.
  
• Lead and actively participate in the Infor XA 9.1 to XA 10 migration project, including analysis, data conversion, testing, and deployment phases.
  
• Develop and maintain integrations between Infor XA 10 (utilizing NetLink capabilities) and other internal/external systems, potentially involving web services (APIs), Mongoose, or .NET/Java technologies.
  
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and department heads to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into robust technical specifications and solutions for both current and future states of the ERP.
  
• Perform system configuration, data analysis, and validation to ensure data integrity and system performance across versions.
  
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve defects related to the Infor XA application.
  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, migration plans, test plans, and user guides.
  
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Conduct thorough unit, integration, and system testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of developed solutions, especially during the migration.
  
• Stay current with Infor XA best practices, new features in XA 10 (NetLink), and broader industry trends.
  

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  
• Knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
  
• Understanding of web security best practices.
  

• Education: Bachelor�s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Infor XA (MAPICS) ERP systems, specifically with versions 9.1 or higher.
  
• Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of ERP system migrations, preferably within the Infor XA landscape.
  
• Expert proficiency in RPG (all versions, including Free-form RPG) and CL programming languages.
  
• Solid understanding of the IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform, including operations, file systems, and job management.
  
• Expertise with DB2/400 database concepts and advanced SQL query writing.
  
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective, scalable ERP solutions that align with future state requirements.
  
• Strong familiarity with key Infor XA modules such as Manufacturing (MRP), COM, Purchasing, Inventory, Financials, and Customer Service.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and advanced debugging skills.
  
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, especially during high-impact projects like migrations.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven team environment.
