We are looking for a talented and experienced
Senior React Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development using React. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering scalable, clean UI without dependency on third-party UI libraries. Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.- Ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables and meet project milestones and deadlines within budget with minimal supervision.
- Maintain broader code quality through peer code reviews.
- Assist with live releases in line with the team's release schedule.
- Attend and participate in all Sprint events to achieve desired outcomes.
- Responsible for estimation, sprint planning, managing own tasks, and reporting on progress.
- Understand, determine, and document impact analysis for code changes.
- Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis.
- Perform RCA before resolving bugs or support tickets.
- Continuously learn new development constructs related to the tech stack to boost productivity and improve product robustness.
- 5+ years of production experience using React with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Strong experience with CSS Grid and Flexbox.
- Must be able to build responsive UIs without third-party UI libraries like MUI, Bootstrap, AntD, or Tailwind.
- Solid understanding of Material Design principles.
- Hands-on with Styled Components, Storybook, Jest, @testing-library/react, React Router (v6.4+), Redux, Redux Sagas, and @reduxjs/toolkit.
- Strong grasp of React Context API, Hooks, Lazy Loading, and lifecycle management in functional components.
