Location: Wagholi, Pune
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the packaging machinery industry)
Compensation: 2 - 3 LPA
- Work on the shop floor for the manufacturing of packing machinery.
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components of various types of packing machines.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of machinery before dispatch.
- Conduct machine demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.
- Ensure proper packing and dispatch of machines.
- Prepare technical drawings and identify material/spare requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for fabrication, welding, and machining.
- Execute panel wiring and understand control circuits.
- Maintain proper inventory control, documentation, and stock organization.
- Develop and manage manufacturing flow charts and technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of mechanical assembly, drilling, piping, and welding
- Proficient in electrical panel wiring, understanding circuits, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with TLCs and other automation equipment is an added advantage Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain records and handle documentation
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
