- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service technicians and engineers.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufactured equipment at customer sites.
- Coordinate with production, Automation, R& D, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent technical service and support.
- Manage spare parts inventory and service tools.
- Handle escalations and support complex technical problem-solving.
