Service Reliability Engineer

How You Will Contribute :

As a Service Reliability Engineer, you will report to the Application Development Manager and play a key role in supporting, building, enhancing, and modernizing enterprise applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across North America to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:* Design, develop, and maintain Web and Windows applications using .NET technologies.

• Support migration of legacy applications to Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
  
• Develop and support APIs, web services, and backend components.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide on-call support as needed.
  

The Must Haves:* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
  
• Technical Skills:
  

+ Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, VB.NET, Python, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

+ Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, LINQ, and backend development.

+ Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Containers, Storage).

+ Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitHub, and TDD.

+ Experience with secure coding practices and SAST/DAST tools.

Assets* Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and advanced SQL Server features.

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and third-party tools like Telerik, Kendo UI.
  
• Exposure to Machine Learning technologies and AWS cloud services.
  
• Familiarity with Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and FIPS compliance.
  
• Azure Developer or DevOps Engineer certification.
