We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Service Technician with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in handling kitchen and home appliances such as chimneys, hobs, dishwashers, and washing machines. The ideal candidate should have a technical background and a strong commitment to customer service.- Installation and commissioning of kitchen appliances including chimneys, hobs, dishwashers, and washing machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues and perform necessary repair services.
- Perform preventive maintenance and service as per company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
- Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during and after service.
- Adhere to safety procedures and company protocols at all times.
- Proven experience in installation and repair of kitchen/home appliances.
- Good understanding of electrical circuits and mechanical components.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Willingness to travel locally for service calls.
- ITI (Electromechanical)
- ITI (Electrical and Electronics)
- Diploma in relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
