To provide
individualized support to a child within the classroom environment, helping them integrate academically, socially, and emotionally, while working closely with the main teacher, coordinator, and parents.- Provide one-on-one support to the assigned child during school hours
- Assist the child with academic activities, classroom tasks, and transitions
- Support social interaction and communication skills development
- Help manage behavioral and emotional challenges effectively
- Encourage and guide the child toward greater independence
- Maintain regular reports on the child's progress and challenges
- Communicate updates or concerns to the parents and school coordinator as needed
- Collaborate with class teachers and special educators to align support strategies
- Ensure the child's safety, inclusion, and well-being during school hours
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity regarding the child's needs
- Female candidates only
- Prior experience as a shadow teacher or working with children
- Experience with special children (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning difficulties) is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to maintain observation logs and written reports
- Empathetic, patient, and collaborative mindset
