- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies aligned with the organization�s goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video) for all social media channels.
- Schedule, post, and monitor content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with different departments for event coverage and promotional activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in digital campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content creation.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1�3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in social media tools and platforms.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
