The Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Social Media Expert to join our marketing team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating how we help counsellors and therapists through multiple social media platforms and in many chat room forums etc.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create and post content across various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Chat Rooms and many more) to engage the mental health community about the tremendous benefits MyOutcomes toolkit provide.
  • Develop creative strategies to communicate effectively with our target audience.
  • Monitor and respond to social media engagement to foster meaningful connections with the community and lead them to further enquiry.


Skills & Expertise


  • Email Marketing:
  • Proficient in creating and executing targeted email campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Lead Segmentation:
  • Expertise in segmenting leads based on demographics, behaviours, and interests to deliver personalized content that resonates with specific audiences.
  • Behavioural Targeting:
  • Skilled in utilizing user behaviour data to craft highly personalized marketing strategies that improve customer experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Funnel Optimization:
  • Strong focus on optimizing marketing funnels, from awareness to conversion, to ensure maximum lead flow and higher sales performance.
  • CRM Management:
  • Extensive experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems to enhance customer relationships, improve lead tracking, and streamline sales processes


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Passion to see less people suffering from mental health struggles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and visual (video and ad creation).

Remuneration


  • Work from home (Part-time)
  • 3 hours a day from 9am to 12pm PST (Pacific Standard Time)
  • Monday to Friday (Weekend Off)
  • Starting salary CA$8 an hour with a CA$2 an hour quarterly bonus.
