Key Responsibilities:

Content Management: Oversee, plan, and deliver engaging and high-quality multimedia content (text, images, video) across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube), adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
Community Engagement: Foster and manage vibrant online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, moderating discussions, and building strong relationships with our audience.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performance using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs and ROI.
Trend Identification: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, technologies, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new features and platforms.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify, build relationships with, and manage collaborations with relevant influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach and drive authentic engagement.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and growth.
