Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative

Social Media Manager Intern to support our digital team in managing and growing our brand presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in social media marketing and digital branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Strategy
  

Assist in developing and maintaining content calendars tailored to each social media platform.

• Post Scheduling & Publishing
  

Schedule and publish content using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

• Caption & Hashtag Creation
  

Draft creative captions and research relevant hashtags to maximize engagement and reach.

• Community Management
  

Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; respond promptly while maintaining brand voice and professionalism.

• Trend Analysis & Idea Generation
  

Track emerging trends, viral formats, and industry updates; propose relevant content ideas.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting
  

Monitor social media metrics and assist in preparing weekly or monthly performance reports.

• Campaign Execution Support
  

Contribute to influencer collaborations, contests, and promotional campaigns.

• Competitor Research
  

Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a course in Digital Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  
• Basic understanding of content strategy and social media metrics.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude.
  
• Prior internship or project experience in social media (preferred but not mandatory).
