We’re looking for a
creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with hands-on experience in social media marketing and strong project management skills. You’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence, building communities, and executing campaigns that drive real results.- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and manage content calendars with a focus on engagement and brand consistency
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, performance) to align social efforts with broader marketing goals
- Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy
- Manage influencer partnerships, content creators, and UGC where needed
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and generate actionable insights
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear timelines and deliverables
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, and social scheduling tools
- Solid understanding of digital trends, social media algorithms, and audience engagement
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Bonus: Experience working in an agency setup or with cross-functional creative teams
