We seek a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead our marketing efforts and oversee all social media activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting impactful marketing campaigns, a creative mindset, and the ability to drive engagement across various platforms.

• Marketing Strategy and Execution:
  
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  
• Social Media Management:
  
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing goals.
  
• Monitor social media metrics and performance to optimize campaigns and drive audience engagement.
  
• Content Creation and Branding:
  
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce marketing materials, blog posts, graphics, and videos that align with the brand�s voice.
  
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  
• Analytics and Reporting:
  
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activities.
  
• Use insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable improvements in ROI.
  
• Team Collaboration and Management:
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and strategies for campaigns.
  

• Skills in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Creative thinking with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  

• META / GOOGLE Certified (Preferred )
  
• Experience in the IT or software development industry.
  
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  
• Knowledge of emerging social media trends and platform algorithms.
  
• Have knowledge of Front-End Development
