IT company working on multiple international eCommerce projects, primarily focused on UK-based online stores. We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist to manage the social media presence of our in-house and client brands targeting the UK market.This is a
full-time office-based position with a fixed salary and long-term career growth potential.- Create and manage social media strategies for UK-based eCommerce websites
- Plan and execute engaging, market-relevant content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with UK promotions, seasonal trends, and buying behavior
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) tailored for the UK audience
- Monitor performance metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions
- Respond to UK-based customer comments and messages professionally
- Stay updated with UK social media trends, pop culture, and audience preferences
- Work closely with internal teams including design, product, and marketing for alignment
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for UK-based eCommerce websites
- Must have created and managed organic and paid campaigns targeting UK audiences
- Graduate degree in any field (Marketing/Media preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Must be creative, data-driven, and highly organized
- Willing to work full-time from office (No remote/hybrid)
- Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms
- Exposure to email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is a plus
- Understanding of UK holidays, promotions (Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.)
- Experience in influencer marketing and UGC strategies

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
