We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Social Science Studies (SST) to develop, review, and enhance curriculum-aligned content for primary,middle and high school grades. The SME will work closely with instructional designers, teachers, and content developers to ensure academic accuracy, engagement, and alignment with learning objectives.- Develop and review content for SST subjects including History, Geography, Civics, and Economics based on the prescribed curriculum (CBSE Boards).
- Design age-appropriate lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, and project-based activities.
- Ensure pedagogical soundness, conceptual clarity, and curriculum alignment in all content.
- Collaborate with multimedia and design teams to create engaging digital learning content (videos, interactive modules, assessments).
- Stay updated with educational trends, curriculum changes, and pedagogical best practices.
- Provide subject expertise in training sessions, webinars, and teacher support initiatives.
- Proofread and fact-check content to maintain high academic and editorial standards.
- Bachelor�s/Master�s degree in History, Political Science, Geography, Economics, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or a formal teaching qualification (preferred).
- Minimum [2-5] years of experience in academic content development.
- In-depth knowledge of SST curriculum (CBSE).
- Strong command over English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
