Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME (L2 program) - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Stibo Product Master Data Management. - Strong understanding of data modeling and data governance principles. - Experience with application development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for master data management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
