You will also be responsible for guiding your team through challenges and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME (L2 Program). - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Android SDK. - Strong understanding of mobile application development principles. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Android SDK. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
