Job Role -We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, coding, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Develop, test, and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performance software applications.

2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.

3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and tools.

4. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance and resolve software defects.

5. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.

6. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and development practices.

7. Ensure code quality, security, and scalability standards are met.

Skills Required -

1. Strong knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, C++.

2. Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js or mobile development like React Native, Flutter, Swift.

3. Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

4. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).

5. Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualification-

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science or related field. A strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js and Bootstrap is required to develop scalable solutions.
