• The SQA Analyst serves as the liaison between the customer community and the technical development team. You will oversee all aspects of software and product testing for a segment of the company. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying defects, and developing and reviewing QA reports.
  

To ensure success as a SQA Analyst you should have extensive experience in analytics and high-level problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will work closely with business units, subject matter experts and technical resources to identify requirements and develop test cases and acceptance criteria while working across workstreams within a development team.

• Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
  
• Conduct test planning, scripting, execution, and reporting for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers on Tosca best practices.
  
• Integrate Tosca with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, AWS DevOps, Git).
  

Implementing testing procedures.

• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
  
• Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
  
• Building and reviewing Quality Assurance execution reports.
  
• Executing all levels of testing including, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, GxP testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, etc.
  
• Responding to requests from the design team and management.
  
• Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand testing requirements.
  
• Create and maintain test data and test environments.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to automation scripts, test data, and Tosca configurations.
  

Continuously improve test coverage, test strategy, and automation processes.

Ensure compliance with software quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills

• Bachelor�s degree in Computer science, Business or related field (completed and verified prior to start)
  
• 3 years experience as a business analyst or SQA analyst in private, public, government or military environments � (large and small projects)
  
• 3 years experience with custom applications testing
  
• 3 years experience with full end to end testing including workflows and integrations
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Understand all aspects of software development lifecycle
  
• Understand various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc)
  
• Exposure to testing the powerbuilder and oracle application is an added advantage.
