Job Description
-Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations. Understand their training needs and challenges.
-Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our enterprise training courses and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
-Consultative Sales: Conduct needs assessments, understand client pain points, and propose customized training solutions that align with their business objectives.
-Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our training courses.
-Proposal Development: Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
-Sales Cycles Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to our customer success team for implementation.
-Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth by achieving daily calling numbers (min 80-100), emails (50-100), quality leads.* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
-Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.* Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers across geographies and business units.
