Store Keeper – Frozen Food Industry
To manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials,consumables, and finished goods in a frozen food facility while maintaining proper records, hygiene standards, and inventory control.
 Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per delivery challan/invoice.
 Conduct physical verification of quantity and quality (along with QA team).
 Ensure materials are stored in designated areas (ambient, chilled, or frozen).
 Store all materials as per temperature requirement (e.g., RM at 0–4°C, FG at – 18°C).
 Ensure correct labelling with Batch No., MFG/EXP Date, and storage zone.
 Follow FIFO / FEFO strictly to prevent wastage or expiry.
 Keep separate areas for Quarantine, Approved, and Rejected stock

3. Issuance of Materials Issue materials to production or dispatch teams as per approved requisitions.
 Ensure timely and accurate entries in issue registers/systems.
 Maintain stock levels for consumables and report low stock for reordering.
 Maintain inward, outward, and stock registers or update ERP/WMS software.
 Keep records of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN (Material Requisition Note),and issuance logs.
 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
 Maintain cleanliness of store areas, including cold rooms.
 Ensure materials are stored off the floor and away from walls as per GMP.
 Use of PPE (apron, gloves, headcap, etc.) while handling food materials.
 Regularly monitor and record temperature of cold storage (use digital/graph
systems).
 Report any deviation to Warehouse IN charge or Engineering immediately.
 Assist in internal/external audits (BRCGS, FSSAI, ISO).
 Maintain traceability records for RM, PM, and FG.
 Ensure non-conforming stock is isolated and labelled properly.
 Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and cold chain.
 Familiar with inventory software or ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Batch Master etc.).
 Accuracy in record-keeping and attention to detail.
 Ability to work in cold temperature zones.
�� Working Conditions:
 Must be physically fit to work in cold environments (0 to -18°C).
 May need to work in shifts and during urgent dispatches.
