Job Title: Technician
- Field Service Operations:
- Perform on-site servicing, maintenance, and support for lithium-ion batteries and chargers.
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- In-House Repairs and Testing:
- Conduct in-house diagnosis, repair, and testing of battery packs and chargers.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely repair and quality standards are met.
- Technical Understanding:
- Apply a basic to intermediate understanding of electronics and electrical systems in a practical setting.
- Handle tools and diagnostic equipment with accuracy and care.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with lithium-ion battery technology is highly preferred
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and follow standard procedures
