As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various technical and customer-facing roles within our organization. This includes recruiting for technical sales, technicians, developers, and customer support teams. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to ensure we bring on the best candidates.


Responsibilities:


  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:


Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical sales, technician, developer, and customer support roles.


  • Sourcing & Networking:


Use creative sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, etc.) to find qualified candidates. Maintain a pipeline of talent for ongoing and future hiring needs.


  • Collaboration:


Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Provide recommendations on job descriptions and skillset requirements.


  • Candidate Screening & Interviews:


Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews. Ensure candidates are not only technically qualified but also a strong cultural fit for the organization.


  • Candidate Experience:


Provide a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed on the status of their application.


  • Employer Branding:


Promote the company’s culture and values to candidates. Represent Company at job fairs, recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.


  • Offer Negotiation:


Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages within the company’s guidelines.


  • Data & Reporting:


Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.).


  • Market Knowledge:


Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in recruiting for technical and customer-facing roles.


Qualifications:


  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on technical roles such as technical sales, developers, IT technicians, or customer support.
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed etc.)
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in recruiting for SaaS, or tech.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
