We are looking for a dynamic
Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced HR team at MakeO (Toothsi). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, sales recruitment, and managing multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for Sales, Field, Operations, Customer Support, and Clinic-based roles.
- Bulk Hiring: Manage high-volume recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs for inside sales and field sales positions.
- Job Portals & Social Media: Leverage platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal referrals to attract quality talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with team leads and department heads to understand manpower needs and close positions on time.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active database and hiring funnel for ongoing and future requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Reporting: Share regular updates on hiring status, funnel movement, TAT, and closures.
- 1�3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in startups, healthcare, or fast-paced sales-driven organizations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining trackers.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
