Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in non-IT recruitment, with experience in R&D firms or the manufacturing sector.- Minimum 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
- Experience working in non-IT sectors (Required), R&D firms, or the manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in hiring for niche roles, including technical and specialized positions.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Master�s degree in Human Resources, MSW (Preferred) , or a related field.
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes.
