- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs and build effective hiring strategies.
- Source top-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.
- Draft and publish engaging job descriptions and hiring advertisements to attract the right talent.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates� technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate data reporting.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Take ownership of and participate in walk-in drives, campus hiring, and recruitment campaigns as needed.
- 3�5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (preferably IT/Non-IT mix)
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals
- Good understanding of various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience in using ATS tools and Excel for recruitment tracking
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
