Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our services
- Maintain a follow-up tracker and update client responses
- Maintain daily call logs and prepare basic reports
- Ensure excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed MBA (Marketing or HR specialization preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi, English, and Marathi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- A confident, polite, and positive attitude over the phone
