Job Description:
Skin Heal Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading skin and wellness clinic, is hiring a Telecaller to join our customer care and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling leads, responding to patient inquiries, booking appointments, and maintaining follow-up communication to enhance patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain services and offers
-Follow up on leads generated from online ad campaigns and social media
-Book appointments and handle inquiries about skin and hair treatments
-Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
-Handle inbound calls with a positive, helpful attitude
-Share clinic updates, blog links, and awareness messages via WhatsApp
Requirements :
-Strong communication skills in Hindi and Marathi
-Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
-Prior experience in healthcare, clinics, or telemarketing (preferred but not mandatory)
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Ability to handle targets and work under minimal supervision
