AI-powered Interview Practice & Hiring Platform that simulates real-world interviews using LLMs like ChatGPT. Our product serves both job seekers and recruiters, and we aim to deliver a simple, intuitive, and delightful user experience across all flows.We’re looking for a
UI/UX Design Intern who can shape the look and feel of our product from Day 1.Responsibilities:
- Design candidate and recruiter dashboards, mock interview flows, feedback pages, and admin panels
- Build interactive mockups using Figma or Adobe XD
- Work closely with dev, AI/ML, and product teams to ensure design feasibility
- Create wireframes, journey maps, and user flows
- Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile
- Conduct basic UX research, gather feedback from users/testers
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or any other modern design tool
- Basic understanding of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility
- Strong eye for visual balance, spacing, colors, and typography
- Ability to think from both user and business perspectives
- Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS or working with dev teams
