We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Video Editor to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging videos that enhance our brand’s digital presence and support our academic and promotional content needs.- Edit raw footage into compelling video content for YouTube, Instagram, ads, webinars, and internal use
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and academic teams to conceptualize and execute video projects
- Add graphics, animations, subtitles, and transitions to enhance video quality and viewer engagement
- Ensure brand consistency in every video
- Maintain organized file structures and manage media assets
- Optimize videos for various platforms and formats
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
- Basic understanding of audio editing and color correction
- Strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of YouTube and social media video standards is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in media, communication, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in educational video editing
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Knowledge of SEO for video platforms
